We have gotten egg sandwiches and they were awful. Not impressed at all. Funny taste. We won’t be going back. Bagels are average.

Food is great! If you’re looking for an excellent bagel definitely go here but always, always, always triple check your order. Every time I go there is always something wrong with at least one of the food items we got. It’s all small things but it’s so frustrating when it’s literally every time (and you’re paying top prices for bagels). Also, be sure you have time. This is not a fast in and out spot. They do take their tiimmmeeee preparing food. Something it’s painful to watch.. but hey their bagels are great!

Bought two dozen bagels for a work event and they were an absolute hit. My coworkers asked where they can from because they taste like authentic Long Island bagels. Thank you Broad Street for filling my order quickly and for making such amazing bagels.
The food here is good! I've never had a bad experience with staff, my single complaint is sometimes you'll get small errors like 1 out of 4 times if you ask for toasted they forget or something minor like that and the price is a little high but not going to kill you just idk maybe a weekly sandwich or bagel sale that's like 30% off or something would be cool just cuz like it is more or less a treat yourself as apposed to a daily stop
