Brilliant in concept and execution. One of the best crafted and conceived meals, absent a michelin star..From the best local ingredients, a very skilled Chef and a first rank sommeilier '/ wine writer...cannot say enough as this is just so hard to get so right.
Hillary has curated a wonderful selection of wines, which change up frequently, and you won’t find in most of your typical wine bars. A great addition to the neighborhood and I look forward to seeing what they do in the coming seasons.
