Fast Friendly Service and delicious bagels! Just a bit disappointed with the sandwiches - I have tried a few from Bacon Egg Cheese to Rueban etc and they have been so light on the meat like a few thin slices, tiny bit of cheese etc. mostly all bread :( I will keep ordering the wonderful bagels just not the sandwiches.

It's kind of sad that the food here is good. However there is a women that works the counter that is just awful and rude. I had 1 simple question about an ingredient and she rudely refused to answer it. Once I received my sandwich it was wrong. I then informed her of this and she argued with me about what I orders and told me if I didn't want it I could leave. Iv been a retail manager for 25 years and would have corrected then fired any employee that spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me. Sadly even though I enjoy the food her I will not be returning.

Music is good, there is one woman who works in the front with brunette hair. She insulted us, after messing up our food order, then told us we could leave because she messed up the order....I used to pick up orders for doordash here and this one lady has never ever been customer friendly.

Lady at the counter caught an attitude after i asked her to put on gloves when handling my food. After i watched her touch her cell phone while ignoring me as i 1st walked in the shop. Then handles the cash and she goes right and touches my bagel with her bare hands! THERE WAS ABOX OF GLOVES THERE, IM GUESSING SHES JUST NOT IN THE HABIT OF USING THEM! VERY NICE SHOP! GET RID OF THE WOMAN THATS SPREADING GERMS AND BAD ATTITUDE!

Def.the best Fresh bagels in Kingston. Great reasonable price as well. $1.00 sounds right for the great bagel.
Really enjoyed my everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. Bagel was the right size and texture, generous amount of shmear, the price was right, and the atmosphere was exactly what a bagel shop should be. I’ll probably become a regular. Sorry waistline.

I went into the store I wanted 2 everything bagels when I ordered the girl behind the register was extremely rude to me I was trying to explain to her that I wanted two Bagels nothing on them but sliced not in half but sideways and as I was talking to her she was looking down so I was like hello she looked up and said I seen you I was like but you had your head down how did you see me she gave me a look like she wanted to punch me in the face I was flabbergasted so I got extremely rude back
