Filthy. Filthy. Filthy.
This place had garbage on the floors. Garbage on the tables. Tables were sticky and not wiped down. The employees were screeching with each other and not one thought to come out from behind the counter with a rag and broom. Only 2 customers in the whole place so they were not swamped with work. It makes you wonder if the franchise has no cleanliness standards, or the owner, or the manager but a good rule of thumb to follow is if it's filthy in front of your face can you imagine what it's like in the back? Gross!

This establishment is very unprofessional. Upon walking in this looks more like an hang out spot and the staff are very unwelcoming. Every morning, I have to constantly remind the staff to read my order that I placed on the mobile app because something is always missing. It’s very irritating when you’re in a rush in the morning to constantly having the workers fix your order.

Bunch of teenagers getting paid to mess up hard working ppls drinks. I go there in the morning my frozen coffee is froze. At night it's like an iced coffe,wheres the quality controll. Every time I pull up to the drive thru all I see is laughing and giggles. How about get my drink I'm paying for right

Nice folks working here. New LED drive thru menus are blinding and wasteful. Worst coffee I’ve ever had. Go to Sunrise Bagels down the street and support your community
terrible service, I waited 10 minutes for a black coffee! I was not the only one in this situation. I suggest you find another establishment even if you have to go out of your way it is probably faster.

Unfortunately it's the staff that make it hard to like the place. As you see in the pictures burnt and when you try to question them on stuff they get nasty with you. Update February 9th went and got coffee asked for three car wash swirl three creams I always do they only put cream in. I went back in to ask them to just put the caramel swirl in like I asked I got greeted with what's the problem throwing your hands in the air just asked her if she could fix the order she didn't see a problem with the order I told her well I ordered it one way you didn't fill the order as I asked she continued to be nasty with me I let her go on her little rant I got my coffee done in front of me this time actually correct and then just walked out. Please Duncan do better train your staff to be kind and courteous I was very nice to them when I went in. And was very nice even though she gave me an attitude

Update 02/08/2025: I have encountered a certain problem with orders, specifically the mix-up between whipped cream and cold foam. Initially, the staff asserted that I was unaware of the difference, and subsequently questioned my employee who I had sent out to grab the order, about milk varieties after I selected oat milk due to lactose intolerance. My employee, who did not place the order and is not lactose intolerant, was understandably perplexed when questioned about the milk. As someone who is familiar with the differences between cold foam and whipped cream, I can confirm that both contain dairy. However, the primary distinction lies in the base ingredient: heavy cream for whipped cream and low-fat or non-fat milk for cold foam. This distinction is crucial for me, as heavy cream has a more pronounced effect on my stomach. Furthermore, the textures of the two are distinctly different, with whipped cream being dense and thick, while cold foam is light and frothy. It is disappointing that the staff does not seem to see these differences and becomes defensive when corrected. I discarded the wrong order after I took the side by sides.
Ordered 3 drinks, 3 donuts, and a thing of hash browns. I had sent someone out to grab the order and when they came back I realized they messed up my part of the order (it was a group order). My hash browns were missing and my matcha latte had whipped cream on top when I asked for cold foam. I called and spoke to a lady who was very helpful and was able to correct the two issues. The first photo is the first drink that was wrong and had the whipped cream in it, the second photo is the correct one with the cold foam, third photo is both side by side (left cold foam, right whipped cream), and the fourth photo is a close up of the whipped cream. You can clearly tell one is cold foam by the lightness of it and the bubbles, and that the other is whipped cream because it’s dense and “Ice cream” like. All in all I’m glad the issue was taken care of promptly and respectfully and I’ll be happy to continue coming here.
