This store lies to it's doordash customers about forgotten food items in sealed bags and tells the customer the doordash driver stole the items putting our doordash accounts in review. It's IMPOSSIBLE to STEAL an item and RESEAL the bag. They don't care that they lie and jeopardize our jobs either. Corporate said I would get a call back, never did. Manager no where to be found and employees hang up the phone when they don't feel like dealing with it. This store is full of scumbags.

My wife went there to get coffee tonight with friends and they were all in the back my wife finally asked for help he said well I guess I can take care of it like it was going out of her way basically the service in the evening the management doesn't seem to care cuz we always tell them about it and they don't do

Door dashed a box of Joe's hot chocolate and was given box of Joe's coffee instead, receipt stated hot chocolate but that was not the case. When I contacted the store I was told I would be refunded for the wrong item but never received that refund. When I attempted to place the order again to get the right item I was told the hot chocolate machine was broken. I asked if they would be able to contact another store less then half a mile away to get that item they said they could not. I would've been satisfied if they would have said the machine was broken to begin with and not charged me for something that was not gonna be consumed and thrown out. Still haven't received a refund!! This happened at approximately between 1045-1145 on November 28th

I pulled up to the drive thru with only one car ahead of me. Placed my order within 2 minutes but then sat waiting 10 minutes after paying. The girl at the window had to ask me what I ordered after 5 minutes. Then she went looking for it, only to return clueless and empty handed. Then I waited another 4 minutes. I asked for a refund. She didn’t answer. I had to ask again after another 3 minutes still no refund and I left. So I paid for a drink , didn’t get that or the refund, it seemed like 3 girls were walking around clueless. I watched 3 guys walk in together and walk out drinks in hand while I just sat there, totally disgusted.

Super friendly staff and I love the girls that write the positive messages on the cups. They wrote one on my coffee cup and it brightened my day, Then my daughter wanted a slushy so I decided to get her one and they wrote a message on hers as well. My coffee came out just right and I'm super specific with how I like it. I live like 40 minutes away or else this would for sure be my daily coffee spot

I usually go to the Dunkin on Ulster avenue but I tried this location today around 1:30pm and I AM NOT IMPRESSED. There was a long line of cars all the way out to the road, so I waited for about ten minutes in the line and when I finally got to the speaker the girl says "is there any way you can come inside to get your stuff?" I said "no because I have a sleeping infant in the car." Then about a minute later another person comes on the speaker and says "you're gonna have to come inside, the drive-thru is closed due to being short staffed," with a rude and brooding tone of voice, not respectful at all. They just decided to close their drive-thru due to being short-staffed and refused service unless you went inside to get your stuff. I have never heard of a Dunkin closing their drive thru because of short-staffing. Ridiculous.

We went through the drive through and asked for Tiger Lattes. We were told we couldn’t have them unless we ordered on the Mobile App. We’ve never used the Mobile App before and have had no problem ordering them at other locations. Why does it matter where we order from? It’s the same drink regardless.
