Purrfect. "Home of kin" and it is true. All lady operation Kingstonian greatness. Fun and tasty neighbor dreamt up sandwich specials too. My two basic faves are:
egg, swiss, bacon on a hard roll. I have eaten dozens. The egg is perfectly runny.
House made roast beef on hard roll with mayo salt pepper.... face it; if this isn't good, why bother? It is perfect.

The owner is friendly and trying to build a successful business. Her prices are reasonable and her staff is quick in putting out the orders. I sometimes get my cold cuts there which are priced better than some grocery stores.
Parking: This store is located on Foxhall Ave. in Kingston. You can park on Foxhall but it's not a very wide street. You can go around the corner and park which seems to be the better option.
