First time here. Called almost 45 minutes before hand to place a small order of a toasted croissant with light butter I mentioned to the women on the phone that I was gonna be there in like 20 minutes because I’m just stopping in with an Uber. When I finally arrived I wasn’t even acknowledged by the cashier who had just one person ahead of me. I watched her continue to make small talk with both of the men in line with me. She then turned around and started making coffee. She finally got to the next person she was talking to behind me this gentleman placed his order. She grabbed a bag and put his cake and placing his bacon egg and cheese order to the lady in the back making sandwiches I then said hi, I am the girl who called for a toasted croissant and she began to ask me Did I want the butter that comes on the croissant or did I want it cut in half with light buttered at that point i was confused because what does she mean? I simply ask her on the phone for a croissant that was lightly buttered we all know croissant’s are made of butter so that threw me off I immediately said at that point can I have the croissant in a bag. She turned around and started making two coffees and wiping down the counter , as if I didn’t just nicely ask her if I can get my croissant in a bag because I had an Uber outside waiting almost now 7/8 minutes and still no croissant in a bag. I walked out this was one of the most blatant scenes of disrespect I’ve ever experienced in my life as a customer. Was she being naughty or was she being racist? I wouldn’t go there ever again because everybody that looked like her was being served and acknowledged. I will never give any money to a business that doesn’t want me in their establishment . Go there at your own risk I’ve seen enough!!!!

Charging $4 (if I paid with a card it would've been more) for a regular strawberry donut is insane.
That donut cost more than a donut in NYC.
The donut was just ok.

Great staff, fast service, and awesome environment. Delicious and reasonably priced beverages and food!
The breakfast sandwiches are some of the best I've ever had!
Coffee places usually mispronounce my name when they call out the order, but this place said my name correctly, which made me want to write this review.

Best place for coffee and a bite for breakfast in downtown Kingston!
In our most recent visit I got a pumpkin cold brew, cider dounuts, and a spinach and feta pastry. All delicious! My friend got a cider chia, a chia tea made with hot apple cider instead of water: it was a surprising delight!
I definitely recommend giving the seasonal specials a try, as well as their tried and true menu items.
Also don’t miss out on reading the sidewalk signs! They are witty, and cute!

Wow! The apple cider doughnut was incredibly moist and delicious, and the iced oat milk lattes were fantastic. The egg sandwiches, especially with the hash-brown addition (which I highly recommend), were top-notch. The staff was wonderful, and the atmosphere was both cozy and chic. My only critique is that I wanted to try the blueberry doughnuts, but the machine was down. Thankfully, the cider doughnuts were ready and did not disappoint! Once the machine is back up, I’m excited to return for the blueberry doughnuts.

The coffee and food here were both amazing! The owner is very personable, addressing her locals by first name…super pet friendly, and INCREDIBLE baked goods.

My wife, while visiting her brother in Woodstock, discovered this place and brought home a cinnamon babka which is absolutely the most incredible babka I’ve ever tasted. I don’t know about their other offerings but if you’ve ever wondered about this delicacy you should check out this joint. You will not be disappointed.

The BEST donuts I’ve ever had in my life. I just got back from Saugerities/Kingston and I remembered from my first time visiting last year that there was a phenomenal donut shop in Kingston. I found it again last week and made sure to get some extras. It’s worth the walk up the hill for these donuts. Absolutely the best ever !!
Half Moon Rondout Cafe is a small cafe with really good pastries.
