I went to Hong Fu on a recommendation they served good authentic Chinese Food. I ordered their shrimp fried rice. I was extremely disappointed when I got home and opened the container. It contained yellow rice sautéed with on and shrimp. I was expecting to see authentic Chinese fried white rice sautéed with soy sauce, scallions, bean sprouts, and shrimp. I guess that is now too much to ask from a Chinese restaurant. Sadly I will not be returning to Hong Fu again.
Oh yeh, When I asked for a small plastic bag for my order, the woman behind the counter rolled her eyes before handing me a bag. I was spending the next hour walking the neighborhood before heading home. I guess it is now inappropriate to ask for a bag after making a purchase.
