My only complaint is that I chose a specific pick up time rather than choosing ASAP because I wanted it to be ready at a certain time. However, I received a text saying my order was ready 15 minutes before I wanted it. While the quick service is great, my sandwich wasn’t as fresh as I was hoping for because it was ready too early. This is not the first time this has happened. If a customer chooses a specific time instead of ASAP when ordering online, I think the employees should...
10/10! The Balboa sandwich is delicious! The staff is friendly and made me feel at ease, even with my French accent. No awkwardness or uncomfortable moments, as some other places used to makes me feel. I'll definitely be back for lunch!
