The food was very good, 4/5 stars. Definitely ordering from here again.
I didn't stick around long enough to give a rating service or atmosphere.

I was hungry & was in the mood for Chinese food. I went in was greeted right away & gave my order & within 10-15 minutes received it. It was perfect with a very slight negative. Their Spring rolls r delicious, but way too small for the price they were sold for other than that I will definitely be going back, but not for the spring roll.

Best Chinese food in Kingston. Seasoned and fried correct, I love this place so much. Get the Szechuan dumpling in hot oil. Ask for things extra spicy. Only place with Thai food in the city. You can taste wok hai in Kingston. Kai's is the spot!
uh and it's affordable and the family seems chill. you should order from here 2nite.

Had a chance to go in this afternoon and was delighted with the deliciousness of everything we ordered! 2 crab Rangoons, wonton soup, broccoli & beef and moo go gai pan! WILL! be going back if only for the wonton soup!!
The food is good, but to order they recently started charging service fee plus mandatory high tip. For takeout! The $14 order I nearly placed came to $23. So no, not this time!!!

I love this restaurant, the good is great and reminds me of the takeout Chinese I grew up with in NYC. Side note: their current credit card discharge notice/policy is completely illegal, to the tune of $500 per violation reported. So far hasn't bothered me, but someone is going to report the restaurant to the local government sooner or later.
Yeah this isn’t good at all
