The worst service. Order and pay online and wait for 20 minutes past the proposed completion time. The staff will scoff at your requests, bark orders at you and forget you are in queue, but theu already have your money so there's nothing you can do about it. The worst example of fast food there is.

Horrible service, walked up to the counter and the young lady started to take my order and then some guy saying he was the manager said no the Lobby is closed you'll have to go through the drive-thru and the girl looked at him like what are you talking about and I said well I'm here let me put my order in and he said no the Lobby is closed and escorted me out,very rude. Obviously I did not go through the drive-thru. This was at 3:00 p.m. This place has gone downhill over the years and seems to just get worse and worse ,something has to be done by corporate.

Absolute worst service. Order is ALWAYSSSSSS wrong! Like without fail your order will be missing items. The staff hate that you’re there & they’re mean to you. They lock the doors during business hours when they don’t feel like customers coming in. I love kfc’s food, but you literally cannot go to this one unless you want to be mad that your order is wrong & be treated like garbage for simply existing in their establishment. I think everyone who works there is high & they get paid to do nothing besides get high at work and screw up your order while making sure they’re letting you know how aggravated they are that you dared order food at their place of employment. Whoever manages or owns this place should see this as a crisis. I’m never returning it’s not worth the aggravation. Every person who currently works here should be let go.

If you can find another chicken joint to get decent deals from, do so. This place is your local KFC, but it is not the best chicken joint in town. The food quality is low the prices are low, yes, but you're dealing with some very very bad service. Most of the time the front doors are closed and you have to use the drivethru and other times the drivethru isn't working and you have to go inside. Nothing is convenient. They'll often short your food, too. The staff is generally pleasant, but maybe not great at their jobs. It's one of those places where you should really only go if you're desperate for some chicken at a low price. Otherwise you should stay the hell away. Dude who rang me up told me my total was $11 even when it should have been $10.80 after tax. I guess he stole 20 cents from me? And lastly, the general range of human beings that come through this KFC can be scary to downright dangerous. Be careful.

Im disappointed... Spent 63.00 dollars and did Not include my 8 biscuits with Family dinner meal, like was suppose to. It was my daughter's birthday, and biscuits are thee best part.
First time coming to this KFC and last time too. They had 6 people waiting for food after they told us to wait for someone to bring it out. Was waiting for 20+ min and still they didn’t get my order right. Worst service not even remorseful about the poor service and attitude. Never eating here again it’s not worth it. Do better KFC!
