My chicken was tough, overcooked, and oily—and it even tasted old. The biscuits were so hard they crumbled apart. This is exactly why I don’t come here. The food is consistently terrible, and it feels like there’s no quality control at all. Why doesn’t management step in to fix this or replace the franchise management with someone who actually cares?

I pulled up outside to order had to wait 3 minutes to order. I ordered & as usual had to pull up front & wait 10 minutes before they brought it out. I asked for a straw because I didn't get one with my soda. She said oh I'm sorry we don't got no straws today. Everytime I come to kingston it always takes forever or they don't have something. I get home and they must have been out of cole slaw covers & there was coleslaw slaw over. I asked for original and got extra crispy. 🤨last time I got there.

Wow this used to be edible now it just over cooked chicken with bad sides the coleslaw was gross ...used to be good...the mash potatoes were beyond tasting bad like powered potato mix.The soda was even off like syrupy .This KFC seems to be crap compared to others definitely will not be returning.

2 weeks ago chicken tasted and looked like it was sitting in grease all day than throw in box.today went inside the guy looked dead in our face didn't ask if we needed anything they went in back left us standing there so we left.very poor service.

So i thought it was going to be good when i got it the soda made me rate it bad at other places the soda tastes good this one i went to it didn’t taste like soda the Dr Pepper I got it tasted like straight soda syrup something was wrong with the machine I think and the chicken was alright the fries were a lil to crunchy and the service was pretty good tho kinda fast kinda not

The service at this place is terrible. My order came without sauces, napkins, or eating utensils. I went back to ask for them and the man was very upset. He charged me for the 2 sauces that were supposed to come in my container since I had paid for them in my package and they didn't come. He charged me $25 cents for each extra one. You can't enter the store because it's closed, drive-thru only. Bad experience.

5pm on a saturday its lobby is closed. Lousy service, what happened to good service?
So I went there with a group of friends and the place was slammed with customers and very understaffed. Waited about 20 minutes to get my food. We ate inside and the place was full of smoke. Also the kid waiting on us messed up our orders. Now the good news, the chicken was delicious 😋. A little too salty but still very good. The tables and chairs in the back were old and falling apart. They need to fix the ventilation system in this place and replace the seating. Other than that the food tasted 😋 really good.

Ordered a two piece meal through DoorDash. And delivery came on time but the chicken was burnt and tasted like charcoal and it was bad. Never again

Probably the worst kfc I’ve been to. Tried to give me the food they served other people. Forgot to pack sauce I’ve requested. Inside, it looks so dirty and floors are sticky.
