I recently visited the local KFC, and unfortunately, it’s a hit-or-miss experience. The place has a 2.5-star rating, which honestly feels justified based on my visits. One time, I pulled into the drive-thru, and no one even acknowledged I was there. I had to clear my throat loudly to get their attention, and instead of a polite response, the rep started yelling.
