Onion soup was salty, baked potato was questionable, my wife vomited in the bathroom. The lamb had lots of fat and was very chewy. The salad and diet Pepsi with lemon was good. Not a recommended eating establishment.

The pulled pork sandwiches, the birria tacos, French toast (including gluten free!), teriyaki chicken & broccoli rice bowl, steak wedge salad, taco salad, pancakes, waffles are all awesome. There’s Thai chili pork chops and I believe a bulgolgi rice bowl too, you name it. So many homemade goodies here. And all the homemade desserts too, so many cakes and cheesecakes by the slice!
I’ve been coming here about 10 years pretty religiously, it’s a great spot, family friendly, options to make everyone happy (vegetarian, gluten free options for gluten intolerant folks, kids menu, senior friendly, etc). Reasonable prices, good service.
Best diner in the area and a must visit. KVD is a Kingston staple💗

This place is more than the sum of its parts, and head and shoulders better than your typical diner experience!

Food was very good and the place was clean. Unfortunately my server was incredibly rude. It seriously makes me question whether or not I would consider returning. This was the kind of experience where I would consider not leaving a tip, as someone who usually gives well over 20%. Fortunately for her, I was not the one buying. I'm surprised that someone can stay employed treating customers the way she did.

First time here on a trip to the area. My family and I had dinner here and the food is typical Diner food. Friendly and fast service. To be honest about one particular item that was ordered from a family member was on the Breakfast menu part and it's called the "Santa Monica". She was not at all happy about this dish. It was very bland and tasted watery to her. Very disappointing. Everything else we ordered was great. The Women's bathroom on the day we went (which was a Sunday late afternoon) was not clean. Tissue, paper napkins on the floor. Toilet seats were wet and dirty. I'm sure they cleaned it up once it was called to their attention. Maybe just a one time incident. Would I recommend people to give this place a try if in the area? Sure! Like I stated before, the food we ordered was great (except for the one dish) and the service was friendly and pretty fast. One thing to point out though, they could use a little more lighting inside and brighten up the place a bit to make it a little more appealing. We enjoyed the first time visit though overall.

Kings Valley Diner is a local favorite for good reason. With a large menu featuring all the diner classics, you can’t go wrong. The Roma panini and chicken parm sub are delicious, and their wraps are always great. The dinners, like chicken cordon bleu and buffalo chicken mac and cheese, are perfect comfort food. Be sure to try the fried mac and cheese balls—they’re a hit with locals. Overall, it’s a cozy spot with a friendly vibe and great food.
