Really friendly staff, can't complain about anything really. Prices might be a bit higher than bigger stores but they're also more conveniently located and the people are nicer so it's a trade I'm happy to make.
The sentient human attending the counter had a delightful demeanor, and he offered to swap my off-the-shelf white wine with a chilled one when he saw it, which was very kind. The selection was limited, but I got what I was looking for and the prices were decent. All in all--not bad!
These guys are great. They are very knowledgeable about their products and down to earth kinda of people which makes them very approachable. Keep up the greatness guys. The store is also very clean.
