I learned about Meredith's on a recent trip to Woodstock, NY. We did not have a chance to stop in. I remembered about their Gluten Free baked goods before Rosh Hashanah. My father and brother in law are both GF, and I wanted to be able to provide them with Challah. Meredith's ships, and it was very reasonably priced. I purchased a GF Challah, a regular Challah, cookies, GF Bagels, and a Sourdough bread. Everything was incredible. I look forward to going there...
We tried some baked goods at the Farmer’s market in the Empire State Plaza! And I wish I hadn’t, because now I wish the bakery was here in Albany! It was so delicious! Moist, flavorful, you can tell it was made from scratch and with love! And it was reasonably priced too! We will make the drive to Kingston.. and stock up on a variety of things!
I'm super glad I recently discovered Meredith's Bread at the Union Square outdoor market in New York. Impressive selection of delicious and fresh breads, cookies, and jams. I am glad I work from home on Wednesday and can get bread and pastries for the week and for friends at work from my new Meredith's Bread friends.
