Man, I loved Moonburger when it opened. It was totally worth the lines, and the employees were cool. But sadly this business decided to commit suicide.
Whatever the staff are being asked to do, they canât handle it. I just sat in the drive through line for more than 20 minutes with only one car in front of me waiting at the window. When that person finally got their order and I pulled up, the employee gestured to a bag by the cash register asking âthis is hers, right?â I asked if she meant the one that had been sitting there for 20 minutes and she said it hadnât (it hadâit was in my line of sight the whole time). When I opened the bag and found the food cold, the employee asked in exasperation âwell do you want us to redo it??â I gave up as this would have taken another half hour that I didnât have.
Apparently they started taking unlimited DoorDash orders, which has made the in-person drive-through basically unusable.
Itâs such a shame to see this promising place make one poor business decision after anotherâyouâll recall how they alienated their original customer base by suddenly adding meat to the menu. I was willing to keep going there, but this $14 lesson will sadly be my last.

Food is awesome. The new beef is spectacular. Pricing is better than shake shack and I think the burgers and fries are better at moonburger. My only complaint is since it's drive thru only, it can get pretty backed up and take a while

I ordered delivery and it was WORTH IT! Had the MB Classic double cheeseburger and fries with the cheese sauce... it was PHENOMENAL! Taste hit every button and ĂŒber satisfying, I have RARELY tasted a burger THIS INCREDIBLE! The fries were thin and crispy, even delivered, and the Cooper cheese sauce was a treat. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST, GET YOUR BURGERS HERE!
Vegetarian options: Impossible burgers are splendidly rendered here also! GREAT OPTIONS!

The burger đ was delicious, I wanted to sit and enjoy it, but it turned out to be a drive thru only, I ordered burgers, small fry, small drink, total was $30. A bit too steep for my pockets, and today's economy..

Supper disappointed the burgers are really really small and were burnt . If you want to learn how to make great burgers cross the Canadian burger to triple O this is also a chain sane concept but way better and you donât need to wait 10 min for a burger .

Good food, but don't use the online ordering - seems they don't check it but rather start the order when you show up to get it. Bad form, & staff seems completely checked out. So, meh overall. ETA: They overcharged as well. Go elsewhere.

I absolutely love these vegan burgers! It is crazy busy on a Friday night but definitely worth the wait. I'm not sure why they had to add a real beef option because I know meat eaters who have had this burger and can't tell the difference!
