I've become something of an M.T. Wentz figure: my fame in the Hudson Valley food scene has grown to a point where I can no longer give my name for an order or reservation without raising some eyebrows. This, however, is not a problem at Ollie's. A true New York slice shop, they simply take your order and yell it back out at you 3 seconds before it's ready—piping hot. No time for names. Famous? Beautiful spot! The interior is warm and inviting, as well as the staff! Alex was attentive and friendly and has a good handshake! Will definitely be suggesting Ollie's to friends and visiting them again next time I'm in the area. 10/10
