The drinks are good but the food is really where it is at. Always delicious and more tha you expected. Great queer nightlife and events hosted regularly including drag shows and trivia. I travel to go to PAKT regularly and you should too.

We got into town late and this was one of the only places still open but it turns out we accidentally crashed a trivia night. Luckily the host was magnanimous and included us in the last round. The food was very good although it was limited in the options. You order at the bar and they give you a buzzer so you know when your food will arrive. I had the sliders and they were excellent! I thought the fries were a little soggy but my friends really liked them so your mileage may vary. They did have a great assortment of sauces to choose from for your fries.

Finally got to try Pakt. It was worth the wait! The pig wings were ? ? ? I am not a clean bone type of gal, but I did not leave a morsel behind. I also got a chance to speak to the chef and listen to his amazing story of perseverance. The food is amazing, the staff is amazing, the atmosphere feels like you're having a meal at an old friends house. We will absolutely be back!

Took a stroll in the neighborhood and found this cute little eatery. Very comfy casual friendly place with an amazing food. Must try pull pork with cannellini beans, collard greens with bacon, Mac and cheese. Reasonable price. Can't wait to come back for more.

Always a delicious meal when it's at PAKT! I miss their regular hours and brunches, but the pandemix did a number on businesses and I respect that they needed to adapt their model. This year they've been doing lots of great events and do great offerings for the queer community! It's clear the owner cares about the staff and business, and I'd highly recommend supporting!

Tasty, fun, good food. Love their menu! Been to PAKT a few times, with and without family and friends, and intend to return.
The person that called me to make an edit to my order was rude as well, I called them back within 2 minutes of them calling me and they stated that I would just have to deal with having fries added to my order since I didnt pick up the first time. the food was bad, the burger buns were soggy, the fried pickles were only about 3 slices and the breading fell off with no effort. the fruit salad just tasted like grapefruit. Also there were no utensils in the bag either, I thought the service and food would be better with how much I paid.

Best food in Kingston!! This place is the real deal with amazing food, cool vibe and friendly knowledgeable staff. I have loved everything I've tried here and am so happy they are here to stay, if you haven't been yet what are you waiting for??

As someone who lived in Atlanta for years I was a bit skeptical of a southern restaurant in upstate New York. However, pakt was great and did a good southern food perfectly. I had the breakfast biscuit box which was perfectly executed with a side of grits. I'm picky about my grits but enjoyed these. Had a redeye Mary which I was a little intrigued by but the server said it was her favorite so I went with it and it was really good, kind of an deeper, smoked vibe of a bloody mary. Not sure when I'll be back to Kingston but when I am, I'll be sure to stop back at pakt.

Best southern food in town. Their grits are to die for. I've been coming here for years. It's smack in the center of down town Kingston. Their brunch is awesome and they are great for dinner too, not to mention the incredible service. If you're craving cheesy grits or biscuits and gravy then this is the place to go!
