There open sign was lit up and the door was open. We had our kitty at the emergency vet and went in to by a soda. The girl came up and said how may I help you? I said I want to buy a bottle of soda. She said that m sorry we are closed. We were just about to leave. I have worked in retail. If you are closed- turn off your open sign, lock the door So people can’t walk in. Don’t walk up and say how can I help you! You may think this is petty but for someone going through a roug

Well my job and I order from there all the time and we always have issues but today I called and ordered from the specials and first a guy answered and took my order he told me to hold and then a lady came back on the phone and told me I was looking at yesterday’s specials, I confirmed and told her no it says Wednesday dec 19th on it then she told me they were for the other stores specials and I said it says Kingston plaza and Morton Blvd then she told me to hold on and then

Drove to pick up 2 pies and wings in the pouring rain... $47 - what??? The price they are charging on their computer is more than on the printed menus which is a total scam. I get home and they made the wrong Sicilian. Then they were mad at me on the phone because I didn't want to be put on hold again after already holding for over 5 minutes. Not sure if there is new management because we've gone there for years, but the last few times have been terrible. Will now be taking my business elsewhere for sure.
