Sorry, Charlie is a bar serving delicious bar pies and cocktails at reasonable prices. The pizzas are top-notch, with a fantastic crust. The staff is working hard to provide a welcoming atmosphere, although service might be a bit slow due to inexperience. The place has only been open since June, so they are still working out some kinks. Overall, a great spot for dinner and drinks in Poughkeepsie or Kingston, with some of the best pizza you'll ever taste.
