White woman with glasses and dirty blonde hair can’t get a sandwich order right to save her life! I asked for no tomato, got extra tomato, asked for cheese, got no cheese. Ask for Italian herb and cheese bread, got regular Italian bread. All of this was a mobile order, so I don’t understand as to why it is wrong when it’s written on paper!

Jay is awesome and took care of me thankfully - however - I watched Chase take several customers, make their sandwiches, use the cash register, touch money and still not change his gloves or wash his hands once in the hour I was there. When I asked him about it, he looked like I was crazy. Thankfully Jay was there to actually safely serve people!

We walked in subway and when we walked up to the counter were they have the meats in the containers it was not clean at all. We ended up walking out...there is no excuse for it to be that dirty. We don't recommend anyone to eat there food.

They're incredibly skimpy with the "fresh ingredients (they're usually brown or have the ends/stems on them)".Well, skimpy with all the toppings honestly but, how's this a sandwich shop which claims to promote fresh vegetables when they ration out the items that are healthier for you than their bread??For the exorbitant amount of their sandwiches, they should be generous with their toppings, especially when a customer asks if they can add more.How your order comes out, honestly depends on who's there (at this particular location).Also, the young guy who works in the afternoon tends to have boogers crusted and hanging out of his nose.As if that's not enough to turn your appetite, I've dreaded something falling loose and landing in my sandwich as he's making it.The older lady with the glasses is wonderful!!

Staff is nice but home plate, fat cat, joe bees, etc are all better and cheaper, and this subway doesn't take coupons... coupons are the only reason you'd choose subway over a regular deli and this one doesn't take them. Dumb.

Employees are very friendly and make you feel at home if you are dining in.Kid-friendliness: They had made a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies and gave our grandson a free cookie while it was still warm.
