The noreo and cookies were soft and delicious. I love that they don’t advertise as fully vegan so omnivores may be tricked 😝 def recommend stopping if in the area

Very nice bakery with delicious homemade cookie options - we tried the chocolate walnut, strawberry rhubarb and marzipan cookies and were so very pleased. Their shop is decorated so beautifully and sell vintage inspired items. Will return again!
We stumbled upon this place while we were visiting the area and we were so happy that we did. They had such a unique selection to choose from. Our favorites were the strawberry rhubarb thumbprint cookie and the kids loved the s’mores cookie. We also tried the earl grey lavender Oreo and the Rose Water Lemonade which were also wonderful. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating.
Everything that we tried was just beyond… Definitely the chocolate brownie, cupcakes, and individual cakes. The macarons were also delicious. This is absolutely a must visit when in Kingston!

We stumbled upon Sweet Maresa’s during our foster pup Mission’s very first road trip to Kingston—and what a gem of a discovery! The bakery is charming and warm, with a display full of beautifully crafted pastries, many of which you don’t typically see elsewhere.
We spotted homemade dog biscuits and decided to give them a try. At the time, Mission had just come out of the shelter and was still adjusting to the world. To our surprise, he loved the biscuits!
This week, we made a special trip just for that. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, even offering their special dog treats again to Mission. It made the experience feel personal and welcoming.
For us humans, we got the mixed berry tart—a perfect balance of crisp pie crust, sweet-tart berry filling, and a delicate crumble topping. We also couldn’t resist our favorite: the vanilla shortbread cookie, which is buttery, tender, and speckled with real vanilla seeds.
We’ll absolutely be back—both for ourselves and for Mission! Highly recommend this special spot for both dog lovers and dessert lovers alike.
