Their ramen is the best I've ever had. They are passionate and guide you on how ramen is traditionally enjoyed. I always leave feeling so satisfied and relaxed. I can't wait to come back.
Although the food is really good, and the owner clearly has a passion, I did not appreciate the extremely condescending ramen eating lesson beforehand. With the owner basically standing there watching us take a few slurps of ramen and telling us whether we were doing it the right way. Will not return.
Had a tasty bowl of vegan ramen and the gyoza were tasty, too. However I really didn’t need to be taught how to eat ramen and micromanaged during my meal on what to do/what not to do while eating (not kidding). I appreciate the passion for the food but maybe make a print out or something for people to choose if they want to engage with that or not.
