Called and ordered a bacon and egg sandwich, they put cheese on it. I called and ordered another sandwich to replace the first one and there was cheese on it again! I specifically told them no cheese and they did it twice. Called to complain and I got no apology and nobody offered to refund the order. They said they will talk to the guys in the back and hung up. This is ridiculous and I will never go back.

On a road trip, I found Terri's by googling delis. The Thanksgiving panini caught my eye. It was a GREAT sandwich. Travel buddies rated the Pastrami Reubin & Turkey Bacon Cheddar 5 stars also.

Was craving an Italian Hero, rolled the dice and tried Terri's. Wow, soo good. Bread was nice and soft, sandwich composition was perfect.
If I'm eating a sandwich, it's gonna be from Terri's going forward.

Perfect neighborhood deli and market. You can get a breakfast sandwich on a Sunrise bagel, soup from Le Canard, or really any deli sandwich you can think of. We usually go for the roast beef or turkey, also the BLT with avocado is a nice treat. Call ahead so you're not waiting around forever! They also have plenty of staples so you don't need to waste time at the supermarket if you're in a rush. Beer, milk, eggs, bread, some simple produce (limes, lemons, onions, avocados, cucumbers). And of course ice cream for the kids.
Used to be may favorite place been coming to over 15 years 2x a week. Now the sandwiches are just made with no love.I don't like coming in at 12 and getting a bagel with cream cheese and getting creamcheese that has been sitting next to a microwave all morning you can tell its warm .The american cheese should be put in the fridge not left by the microwave to be on everyone's sandwiches again you can tell it's warm plus I have seen it done every week for months.I get the same sandwich everytime it is a different price depending who makes it.Everything is touched with gloves which also the same gloves touch everything else's.The mouse situation from a few months ago was pretty bad not a fan of mouse traps behind the candy rack or mouse traps by the chips which has been since fixed.Not a fan of the employees smoking and leaving butt's on the bench outside and then coming in to go straight to making sandwiches.Todays sub the bread was tough like stale which I have never got bread like that there not sure what the deal was with that other then it might have been from yesterday.
