A great spot for a family friendly sit-down or a quick grab-and-go with a balanced menu (GF bread available upon request!). There's something for every palate here (omelettes, breakfast sandwiches, quiches, soups, salads), delicious espresso drinks, and ice cream to top everything off when you're done. Our breakfast potatoes were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. Highly recommend the quiche and breakfast burrito. I also loved the atmosphere of the Cafe - the inside is a clean, bright collage of optimistic colors. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!
Had brunch with my partner here at The Pink Elephant. We were the only people (besides staff) there so we had the whole place to ourselves. He got the breakfast burrito and I got French toast. Everything was delicious, fresh, and well portioned. I also got a cappuccino which was very good. Staff was friendly and open to questions.
Highlights: The environment was fun and inviting and my girls especially love the pink decor. The fresh ground, fresh brewed coffee was intense delicious and amazing. all of the food was extremely flavorful and well proportioned.Areas of opportunity: we had breakfast and the girls were craving some type of muffin or pastry however the only thing they really had was either a roll or an English muffin. I suggest carrying some muffins or other sweet treats for those desiring something a little more with their coffee.
If I could give more stars, I would. #1-Beyond excellent service. #2-Cheese steak is REAL steak & at $10.50 for a 16", the price is excellent. Pulled pork and slaw on the sandwich is a sweet combination. Fries are hancut & fresh. Prices are unbelievable for how much quality & effort that's put into the food. The dessert looked so great, but lunch portions were too much for us to indulge. #3-Very clean,, including the bathroom. Don't pass without stopping!
Kind of off the beaten path place. The food was delicious, the coffee was good, and the decor, well, quirky in a nice way. Portion sizes were more than adequate, they did my breakfast up right. Definitely recommended.
We were looking for a place not too far off the Thruway to grab some lunch on our way back to jersey and come across this place on line. Based on the photos and reviews we decided to give it a try. I had the Philly cheesesteak with Mushrooms onions and peppers. It was amazing!! This was made with chucks of REAL STEAK and so tender too. The flavor was delicious and reasonably priced too! $10.50 for a 16 inch sub. It melted in my mouth! The sraff/owner was super courteous and on top of everything. The icing on the cake was that this place us super clean including the bathroom!! Trust me, that matters because if you walk into a filthy bathroom you can just imagine what the kitchen looks like. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This place has only been in business since June 2021. I have a feeling they'll be around for a very long time. By the way, they are open for breakfast too and the menu is quite extensive. A must!!
This place is delicious. It is a super cute place to grab breakfast and a coffee. You can tell that a lot of care went into The Pink Elephant Cafe.
1st time there yesterday and the service and the food were wonderful wonderful I would recommend this place
I stopped by, unexpectedly, for a take out lunch. I was happily surprised. The place is immaculately clean and has a fun, upbeat, modern décor. The people working there were very welcoming and genuinely nice. the menu is ambitious and contains lots of delicious looking items. I opted for the simplicity of the old school chicken club sandwich. It was really good. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The chicken breast was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be returning to try more items on the menu. I didn’t get a drink but from the order board above the counter, it looks like they have a great selection of fun drinks, teas, and fancy coffee. It’s right across the street from the MHVFCU bank, and is a great place to drop by for lunch if you're out shopping or breakfast if you’re dropping of kids at Chamber’s school down the street. Also, the take out container is eco-friendly, and can get put in the dishwasher and get reused at home. This is way better than single use styrofoam that sticks around for ever at the landfill.
Great food, owners are lovely!

What a great discovery . If you are in Kingston, NY head for the south of town. Simple setting is all about the food and service. The pulled pork is fantastic, the pancakes are perfection. Also try the pineapple bar for dessert. Jose and the chef moved from the city looking for a quieter setting and brought with them high quality dining. Don’t miss it!
Outstanding food and service from the former Balthazar team. Pancakes were yummy, bacon was terrific and the coffee was excellent, especially for decaf! Prices are extremely reasonable and the quality is superb. Best of all, the chef and the owner are kind, truly lovely people. Can't wait to return!
Trio of tacos were fabulous, especially the vegetarian which was very bright. Service was fantastic. Salsa Verde was home made and very flavorful. A great, new addition to Kingston dining.
Delicious tacos and tasty coffee. Very friendly staff.
