The trolley diner/Kennedys fried chicken

Good for a Diner experience. Arrived at opening time 11:00am so had a longer wait for food (30 min).

Hello I'm am the owner of Trolley Kennedy Diner, I am replaying to a review posed by Ava Monroe on google about my restaurant. My restaurant food is Halal, we do not serve Kosher food (only Halal).

Ava Monroe ordered the burger after checking if it was halal (we showed here the box that meat came in and the box showed on the label that it is halal) she went outside and we began cook her food. After a short time she came back in and said never mind and left. There was no money issue or food issue and we thought it was weird.

There is not large Israeli Flag displayed outside the door, There is a large American flag and many mini mixed country flags. This is not a Jewish restaurant, it is a halal (Muslim) restaurant, and I put picture of my restaurant flags that I have and pictures of the boxes that I get from halal suppler. If you (Ava Monroe) any anybody have any question about not have halal food stop by and we will provide halal suppler certification.

This is not halal food — it is kosher food, and there is a big difference. They are advertising halal, but I do not believe that is honest.

There is a large Israeli flag displayed outside their door. This is not a Muslim restaurant. It is a Jewish restaurant presenting their food as halal, which I find misleading.

I tried to order a burger, then asked for my money back, and was told no because the food was already cooked. I do not support this place, and I do not support what they represent.

If you are looking for authentic halal food, please be aware: this is not it.

It's not fancy, but I ordered a lamb over rice. It came freshly made and had twice the amount of protein I have received elsewhere. Parking might be difficult for a large car, but sit at one of the stools and watch your food being made... I will be back. Scanned in pictures of the menu attached.

New Management providing Halal Food in Kingston. Taste is good too

Overcooked nasty chicken. I wasted $12 on 3 pieces of chicken and Mac n cheese. Chicken didn't taste good and the white meat was dry.
