My burger was so burnt I couldn’t eat it. The cheese was only 1/4 on my sandwich. I had to wait for it also. What a waste of $$.
This was the McDonalds on 1234 Abbott RD Lackawanna NY. There phone is out of service. If I could upload a picture I would.
Left there with no food, the worst service in the area. Twice I waited over 40 mins. Never go there again. Had to leave or I would told them what thought of their service, so I was nice and left, you don’t even deserve one STAR 😡😡
something always missing. pop machine doesn't work, when it does, the last 3 times I asked for berry sprite, they don't fill up cup, I tell them to fill it up and I get seltzer water. no one wants to replace it. lazy young people there. and shoving out a credit card machine, I can't turn to put it in, young ones don't care that I'm having trouble. I hate Abbott mcdonalds. they have gone down hill and I won't recommend Abbott mcdonalds ever. no one ever gets back to me
