Left there with no food, the worst service in the area. Twice I waited over 40 mins. Never go there again. Had to leave or I would told them what thought of their service, so I was nice and left, you don’t even deserve one STAR 😡😡

If you want to be taken care of in less than 2 hours this IS NOT THE MCDONALDS! Sat at the register for 15 min while the employees talked and ignored about 8 customers. Was here on 3/27 at 4:55pm. 8 employees and ZERO HELP!

Bit of a wait at the drive thru with only the last window open of the two. Waited for 15 minutes. Although it was during the breakfast rush. Food was worth the wait though
I don’t know what happened here lately. Customer service for drive-through second window has been horrible. It’s like the black ladies don’t communicate. They don’t say anything. Customer service is poor

Just sat for 20 min waiting for milkshakes manager said mcdonalds is not allowed to sell milkshakes at this time offers me 130 soft drink with no refund acted very inconvenienced when I pointed out the 11$ difference would not recommend there is better mcdonalds close by

Went through the drive-thru for dinner for the family, we actually got through quickly but was missing a drink, told the girl at the window got an eye roll and attitude. Got home the happy meal and fountain drinks was all that was good. McRibs were on quarter pounder buns and crammed into a different box, fries were all cold and soggy. Not worth the money

I ordered on grubhub, I got the 2 cheeseburger meal, add mayo only ketchup, why in the world would I get 2 burgers with no cheese? If I wanted a hamburger I would’ve put that in the app… also I ordered a 10 piece/w bbq and didn’t receive either item… usually don’t have issues like this with McDonalds so I’m highly disappointed
