The order taker is hard to understand, she mumbles and totally screwed up my order. Then when I asked to correct the order at the order window he said I would have to come in. I was mad and upset. When I went in to correct my order there were 5 teens ahead of me that took 15 minutes to order! I just left without any food and without the money I paid at window 1. This place is run like a funhouse but there was no fun! Get your act together or get out of the business.

My wife brought me home a double Big Mac tonight and it was drier than a ball of cotton. Never getting that again.
The quality of the Fast food service is only as good as the current staff and management.The inside dining area is rarely cleaned to sparkling. Some garbage or spilled substances is on tables and floors. The bathrooms have a smell. Drive through is frequently lagging in delivery of final product. Smiles are seldom. (I have not ben there for a month waiting for a change of guard.Sadly these are the new standards for the place for the last year. We used to do a quick stop there as fast easy and good tasting fast food. Now its is more like a struggle to get accurate food let alone tasty.

Probably the worst McDonald's in Buffalo. Food is pricey,staff is terrible, and the it takes forever for the food. The mcflurry was nice cream with Oreo on top it's a terrible place. Then the drive thru you order and they push you to the front and forget about you waiting on your food that your paid for. Save your self the hassle go to Denny's better food and better service.
