Normally love Tim’s but this was a particularly disappointing visit. Walked in and stood at the counter to order. Nobody approached. A black gentleman walks up and the black worker goes immediately to him skipping over me. They starts talking for 5 minutes and he finally says you owe me. The worker gives him a free coffee and they continue to talk. I decided to walk out that that point.

I cant count how many times Ive been here for the sole acquisition of a beverage. 9/10 times they fail to get the order correct, even if its just “no whipped cream”. I have continued to be a patron out of sheer convenience, but after todays inability to get the order right, I am boycotting. For the record, if there are any employees reading, when you have multiple ingredients in a beverage, the correct procedure is to STIR them. Not throw them in and expect it to do the job on its own. Thats what YOUR getting paid for! 😡

It’s a decent shop if you are lucky and get the usual 3 or 4 people in the morning but if they are not in you never get the right thing, they charge you for something then you end up with the opposite drink. Would give higher rating but the inconsistency with service takes away from a better rating

As far as a conjoined gas station timmies goes this is pretty typical. I went inside since there would have been a few cars ahead of me and the wait probably would have taken the same time. I can't blame them for taking long with my order when they're clearly understaffed. A little messy too but same thing definitely understaffed. Also is every Tim Hortons only ever concerned about drive thru times??

This Tim Hortons has only been taking cash at the drive thru on and off for 3 weeks now because "the machine is down". Do they not have the funds to have it fixed or get a new one? I stop there all the time but lately i can't if I don't have cash which is the majority of the time. I just don't understand how a big franchise like this is either not doing anything about it or taking wayyyy to long to fix this issue. Upwards of three weeks is way too long for a Tim Hortons to have a broken payment method.
