As a well earned Tim's patron & giver of my $$ ? I honestly should be vested as a stock holder of Tim's!! I couldn't & won't drink or order coffee & my bagel anywhere but Tim's!! .... Now if only my luck would change w a RrrrrrOlllll -up the rimmage to winnage, I mean lose!! ??To management & owners( Mrs Timothy Horton, I was 4 when your husband played with Buffalo & well he's still missed today!!! ?) back to management... I'm due for a new jeep, but I'll settle for a gift card!! ??Lol ✌️?

Been through the drive-thru 6 or 7 times to order a croissant sandwich, including 6am. They are 100% "sold out" of croissants for the day each time. Why not just tell us you don't make them or remove from the menu?I went inside one time at 7pm to order a couple homeless guys in the cold, some warm sandwiches. Cashier looked confused and told me they were done making sandwiches for the night.Don't waste your time here. Go up the road to one of the other 15 Tim Hortons within a 5 mile radius.

Arrived at 7:55pm, 5 minutes before closing. Staff refused to provide service saying they were closed. Clearly the staff were just rushing to close up early. Annoying to have wasted my time going there.

Waited for 10 minutes for the place to open and at 5am the gates were still closed, so we went through the drive thru and nothing. Went back to the front and its 507 and they are still not opened. We couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave and yes there were two people inside!

Every time I come before 6 this place either isn’t open on time or the drive through is backed up because everyone’s standing around. Confirmed when I pulled out of line and went into the store. Absolute joke.

Employees that worked today Sunday the 5th 2:20 pm at Tim Hortons …look and act like they hate everyone … rude slow miserable …if u hate your job so much or not interested in customer service find something else to do … plus they got order
Cashiers in the window couldn't get my card to work in their card reader. Told them.they might have to do it a few times then swipe. They insisted they couldn't do that. I asked about maybe punching in the numbers and they said they couldn't do that either. I litterally get my coffee there almost every day and have never had a problem. I gave them a new card and with the window closed I can hear one of the staff members going off and calling me names. All that... to get a cold hot coffee.....and not only that coffee grinds at the bottom.

This is really the worst Tim Hortons in the area. They never have anything! I went in for a turkey blt. They didn’t have the bread or the bacon. I decided to switch to the steak and cheese panini. They were out of that bread. I say okay can I do a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. They don’t have a croissant or egg. The workers seem to be doing their job but there’s so many young workers I notice it’s a lot of play back there.
