Been waiting in the drive through for about 20 minutes now. This place is just getting worse. Even if you go inside no one will even acknowledge your at the counter. They just look at you. They need to get some employees that actually want to work

Took 10 minutes for someone to come up to the counter and give me a lid for my drink. Then today, I placed a mobile order at 11, and I know its somewhat close to closing but it says the drive-thru is open until 12. Nobody came to the window or over the intercom and I saw the worker turning off all the lights almost an hour before it is supposed to close.

Every time we ordered our food they mess up orders and when we don’t have our order they tell us to drive back to drive through and order again why would we do that? Not a happy customer at all!
