McDonald's is out of control with pricing. Days of stopping with the kids for a cheap lunch are long gone. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant if you have time.

It's a McDonald's. I was passing through to attend the Lafayette Apple Festival and thought it would be smart to eat before going to the fairground, the food is McDonald's grade food product. It still eats me back but I still showed up (twice) this past weekend. The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, not that I can get mad because people, not the staff people, mess it up, but no one (I did) tells staff the bathroom is wrecked. The saddest part, the first time I stopped, the way out I used the restroom and slipped in water that was dripping off the sink. There's only two stalls, and someone was emptying there stomach in the "standard stall", so I had to use the cripple stall, but the lock took a good minute to get to work (I don't like company while utilizing the thrown). The second trip, I knew the lock was messed up, so it wasn't a surprise, but the paper towel dispenser was empty, and when I used the hand dryer, it grabbed the towels in the trash and blew them clear under the stall door (we had a laugh) but I told the staff, not that I saw anyone go that way in the time I was leaving, but I did my part of being accidentally comedic and shared some laughs with strangers while chaotically passing through.
Parking: Pull past the building if one is avoiding the stairs.

Typical McDonald's, but it wouldn't hurt for the employee to smile!
Couldn't get any food on a Saturday afternoon. Waited over 20 minutes and hadn't even paid for our food yet alone get the food. Had to drive away. Must be understaffed or poorly managed. Not worth the wait.
Slow service. Took 20 mins to go thru drive thru. Food was greasy like they don't change the grease.

This location is nightmare fuel! Avoid at ALL costs! Rude employees, the food was stale, and people returning orders! Oh and in the back for the public to see was a white board blocking something they didn't want the public to see, people cooking the dodgy food were climbing behind it and coming back out as if this were normal touching it repeatedly. This cannot possibly be sanitary.

We’re never going here again!!!
My order included a BigMac ala carte w/ no onions/no pickles. More than 20 mins later, I check the bag there is no burger, they said ok they are making it. More than 5 mins later, they gave 2pc burger patties..? The girl insisted “ala carte is patties only!” I guess she never ever heard the word ala carte before even if it says in the menu on top of her head! The supervisor approached and said he can give me back my money..?! I don’t need my money back, we’re on the road and wanted my food!

I would research for these 5 years every single option myself where I can go safely and where not with my child.Stop blaming innocent people and being racist stating their race . You were in a fast food restaurant where tons of eggs going through every day .
