Unacceptable....clearly ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers, screen stated just cheese, label on burgers stated just cheese yet ketchup was all over both. Apparently you can't trust workers can follow directions and you have to open up your food before leaving.

Went at lunch time. The bathrooms were a tad cleaner than most McDonald's. The cashier was really nice. Our fries were fresh, but our nuggets were not. Overall it needed a good cleaning.

The women working the drive thru had an awful attitude because my boyfriend is sick so his voice is raspy and she was getting aggravated saying she couldn’t understand him even thought he was speaking perfectly clear she was just being a real biotech towards him because of it and was not so friendly with him. We ended up just pulling out of drive thru and leaving

Several people ordered on screen but didn’t get a printed receipt causing them to ask about their orders. It appeared they were short handed and unorganized. My fries were extra crispy like they were a day old and got reheated. Sandwich wasn’t real hot. The only thing that was done right was the ice coffee. When you order it should appear freshly made.

I waited FORTY FIVE MINUTES (Yes, I REALLY waited FORTY five minutes)in the drive thru to get a COLD cup of hot coffee!!!! When I asked for a replacement cup the young lady explained that it must be hot because the cup was warm!?!?! She would not prepare a hot cup.
I tried to go in during the wait and found no one to talk with at the counter.
The service was less than a zero.
