This is a small, hometown diner and it has a very eclectic feeling inside. We were seated quickly and our server brought us water and menus. There were 2 breakfast specials on the board and our server told us about the lunch specials. We both opted for the breakfast special of 2 Eggs, meat, home fries and toast - $7.50. Great price! My eggs were perfectly over easy, the Polish sausage had been nicely grilled, the potatoes were a little crisp and the toast was "unbuttered" as requested....read full review
Huge portions on the breakfasts. The frittata was big enough to feed 2, and the sausage gravy and biscuits, something I look for at any diner, were fantastic. There's something about diner coffee that just hits so much better than the stuff at home. Cash only for travelers taking the back roads, There's an ATM at the plaza in the plaza kitty corner.
