I am an eggplant snob! I order it every Italian restaurant I attend. I have only enjoyed it at one other restaurant, Coppollas in Hyde Park until Raymees. The owner said I was going to love it and boy was he right!!!! It was exactly like I love it!! It was wet, lots of sauce and cheese and not loaded with bread crumbs. BUT I was most impressed by the very large portion and side of salad, garlic knots and pasta! I highly recommend you try Raymees! I doubt you will be disappointed!!!!...read full review
