Cute location but the food was not good at all. Did not have any flavor and tasted like frozen boxed meals you can get from the grocery store. The portion was small for the price and I still couldn’t finish my meal.

The Butter Chicken, Palak Paneer,Chicken Masala, Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka and naan were outstanding. Very delicious and well prepared. Everything was perfect. Great service and atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The Kashmiri chai was great (salted not sugared)! That’s coming from a Kashmiri! Will always come by when coming to lake George. Although lake George is a far cry from the mountains and valleys of Kashmir it’s still nostalgic to have Kashmiri chai with the view. Wishing you lots of success thank you for bringing different cultures to this region!

When you come out of Minne Ha Ha Cruises you crave about hot Chai or coffee and than you say Chai bar nothing gets better. Prices are bit higher side. Ordered the masala tea which was good for the location. It also has other other desi items for your craving. ?Clean and good staff, personal messages all over the place, you can even write yours if you find some space… parking as usual $2 fir an hour…

I was a big fan of Alif Cafe when it opened and frequented it numerous times, always bringing friends and family. The owner greeted us and the food was unique, consistent and flavorful - a real breath of fresh air for Glens Falls.Sometime this year - 2023 - the menu changed. I don't know when or why because the owner was not present and the staff didn't know anything. My wife and I ate in off of the new scaled down menu and were underwhelmed. The food was fair, with little flavor and portions were quite small. Still, we kept the faith and in July we placed a very large to go order for a special occasion. I'm sorry to report that the food received by our party of 10 was received poorly by all. Falafel were like cardboard, barely edible, and the best of the dishes - the Palak Paneer - was bland and watery, mostly rice with very little spinach.I don't know what happened here, but it's extremely disappointing and for Glens Falls, a real missed opportunity.

Best thing about this cafe is the location!Right off the Main Street and fireworks do happen just right outside.Food is okay, less portions for the price you pay. But that’s what a great location does I guess?I had high expectations from chai, and turned out a disappointment.

Their cheese naan was stale and had barely a scraping of cream cheese in it - which is not as it was advertised on the menu. The garlic naan was also stale and had no flavor.The chicken Tikka and butter chicken dishes looked and tasted identical.I'm not sure how you mess up basic things like that to such a huge degree, but it's pretty disappointing.
Very nice place and the rolled ice cream was very good, we tried the Oreo, mango, and strawberry Nutella and all of them were delicious! The place is very clean and the employees were nice and friendly, would definitely recommend!

We stopped in to grab some ice cream while shopping. We got the peanut butter cookie rolled ice cream and our daughter for the strawberry rolled ice cream. It was so delicious and perfect on a hot summer day!

fantastic rolled ice cream! very clean and friendly staff. however, after we got our ice cream we weren't sure how to pay. there was a huge line for the register and we were not told if we had to wait in it to pay for dessert we already had. overall a good first experience!

I ordered them through door dash because I am working. Well it came super early orderit for 1. The door pick it up at 12. Food was cold. So I called them and basically got told it is not my problem. Well it is your problem now. I have worked it restaurant with door dash the order doesn't just pop up after you order it. The price is not wroth the size you get. If I could give them no stars I would.
