I wish I could give 0 stars. I'm a local and every single time you come here something is wrong. Seems like there is not a manager or adult here to oversee what is going on. It's such a prime profitable location due to tourism but a shame the way it's run. Embarrassing.

Great iced coffee, smiling staff, and excellent location has me coming back!
I never have a good experience at this store. Wait 15 minutes for only an XL coffee with SMores swirl, cream only no sugar! Get the coffee and it’s not good at all. Taste burnt , no smores and barely warm.

Drive thru Dunkin which was appreciated. However, even when we were the first and only car there, service took 20+ minutes. We waited by the window and received our food and then waited another 10 minutes for coffee to realize that the employee forgot to make it and was already working on another order. Definitely don’t come here if you’re in a rush. In reading other reviews this doesn’t seem beyond the norm for this location…
