I don’t come here very often, but was treated absolutely terrible today. The woman that was working with red dyed hair or pink dyed hair was extremely unpersonable and rude. I have a very large dog that I was trying to purchase a pup cup for, and she refused to put it in a different container for him because he can’t eat it out of the really itty-bitty cup that she was trying to serve it in and being that I’m paying for it, it should not have been a problem. As a previous employee who worked for this company I am so disgusted in how their staff treats customers and gets away with it! As a local i’d rather travel to another location to get better service. Wont recommend this place. Turnover is huge and staff is terrible

This is my local Dunkin and every time I come the customer service is horrible… there is one guy who is always super nice but the girls are always mean and miserable.

Order food and coffee from dunkin maybe once or twice a week and they always manage to mess up my coffee this time got the lava cake latte TWICE the didnt give me anything but maybe a pump of the lava cake swirl taste terrible. They ether need to get staff to do there job or just do it dont ever recommend this dunkin!!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I'm a local and every single time you come here something is wrong. Seems like there is not a manager or adult here to oversee what is going on. It's such a prime profitable location due to tourism but a shame the way it's run. Embarrassing.

I never have a good experience at this store. Wait 15 minutes for only an XL coffee with SMores swirl, cream only no sugar! Get the coffee and it’s not good at all. Taste burnt , no smores and barely warm.
