Fire & Ice Bar & Grill is a pleasant American food place located right off the Lake George village main road. The restaurant offers delicious food, with highlights such as the buffalo chicken salad, crab cakes, and tacos. The fries could be a bit saltier and crispier, but a sprinkle of sauce and some ketchup can easily fix that. The drinks are refreshing, and the service is top-notch, although the waitstaff could be quicker during busier times. The calamari appetizer and the fried chicken BLT sandwich are very good, while the poutine and crab cakes are also tasty. The only disappointment was the clam chowder, which lacked flavor and substance.
