Our second Valentine’s Day dinner was last night. As always, food, service & atmosphere was outstanding, this was our 5th time there.They did not keep us waiting for anything, well worth the drive around the lake from Bolton Landing!! Keep up the standards you consistently keep, will definitely be back soon!

East Cove is nestled away from the crowds of the Main Street of Lake George Village and this place is an absolute gem. I had not heard about this place until more recently in the past year or so and I was told it is under new ownership. So far to start, I have tried the poutine and the French Onion Soup which were both incredible, particularly the poutine. Luckily for me, the first night I went to the restaurant the Prime Rib was a special and it was the best I have ever had. There are a few sides you can choose from to accompany any of the entree menu items, but I could not recommend the garlic mashed potatoes enough. I have now been there on three occasions and each time I go back I will be choosing a different entree until I have gone through everything they have to offer, at which point I will start back at the beginning. Can’t say enough about the chef who came out to make sure everyone had exactly what they needed. The host or manager Mindy seemed to have a watchful eye making sure everyone was being taken care of. I had a wonderful conversation with her about the restaurant since they took over in the Summer of 2022 and of the Lake George region and everything it has to offer, particularly her gorgeous, dark haired, devil’s temptation of a daughter. Can’t recommend this place enough and I am looking forward to all future visits.

My wife and I have been coming to Lake George for several years, usually for our anniversary weekend and are always looking for great food. This is our first time at The Cove. The restaurant is split between the bar area and dining room. The dining room is cozy and log cabin style, but very nice touches make it classy. Our server was Lindsey, and she was genuinely pleasant and cheerful. My wife ordered the filet and I ordered the NY sirloin. We both got the garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable. We also ordered mushrooms and onions to smother the steaks. The steaks were cooked perfectly and were like butter. It was a wonderful experience and easily one of the best meals we've had anywhere in Lake George! I'm reluctant to post a picture, because it can't possibly reflect how delicious it was! Can't wait to go back!

As so many people do, we usually stay very close to town for dining. This trip we decided to look for a place we'd never been and crossed our fingers that we'd find a gem. And we did!! It's so close to town too, maybe not walkable but just minutes, like less than five minutes, away. The hostess was all smiles, the server was happy to be there and just attentive enough so you knew she cared but not a pest. And the food was delicious! We'll be back for certain!

We came here for dinner on our most recent trip to Lake George. The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. Our waitress was so sweet and friendly, and was very attentive. We had the chicken marsala, shrimp scampi, and the filet mignon. All the dishes were great - the garlic mashed potatoes were some of the best we’ve ever had!! My little nephew had chicken tenders and they were really delicious! The only comment we had was that the shrimp scampi was prepared in a heavy creamy sauce, and typically scampi is made as a lighter butter sauce, so it would have been good to have a note in the menu just describing that. Regardless, it was extremely delicious! This is a really great spot in Lake George that we will absolutely be returning to.

It was the best place we ate at the whole week, and only a few steps from where we were staying!I got pork chops and apple chutney, and the others got steaks. Everyone was happy.It was also my first poutine experience, and that'll be hard to top with short rib!Waitress was extremely friendly and gave us the background on the place.
