Hawaiian Shaved Ice

No prices posted for anything fried. Ordered fried snickers and the batter was raw, very raw. We asked for a refund and was refused one because we paid with card. Asked if we could get lemon shaved ice, she gives us a lemonade. So in return we got a 5$ item for a 10$ item. Whatever I’ll call the bank and dispute it. Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend.

Response to owner: okay so now you’re lying lol, no it absolutely was not. If that was the case why would we have been given another cheaper item??

Update: spoke to owner and she apologize profusely, there was a misunderstanding between employee and owner. Thank you so much!

I don’t know if the Beach Road is owned by the same owners. If not, please tell me where to post this. When we were there 2 days ago on Beach Rd. the ladies were friendly and polite. I know the shaved ice was $8 and it was huge . The 4 of us did not see the pricing for the funnel cake nor the fried snickers. Or fried anything. We ordered 2 funnel and 1 fried snickers. It was $37!!! If i had false teeth they probably would of fell out! We gave a $3 tip and had the most expensive treat ever. ?
My husband loved the snickers but the funnel cakes were small and mediocre. Nothing to praise. We go to Lake George every year and i realize it is a tourist town and things are marked up a lot, but we will not go back to this shop. So word to the wise, ask for pricing.

Love it! Hawaiian shaved ice is so delicious!! ?We go here every year. There are so many cool decorations!
We usually go to the one near the wax museum, (when my daughter was younger, she was scared of the museum) and it is so delish! I got a Piña coláda, it was amazing! My daughter got the big kahuna, she also loves it! She is also not afraid of the wax museum anymore! Great service as well!
So 5 stars from me!

My family and I were here yesterday the ladies working the counter were super helpful and very nice. The size of the shaved ice is great and the option to have to to 3 flavors was nice. We will be back when we go up and visit.

Not shaved ice. Shaved ice is ice shaved off of a block, this was cubes dumped into a machine (watched the girl dump ice out of a bag) that churned out chunks creating hard little pebbles like a snow cone. I was so excited walking into the shop, but walked out with $8 of disappointment. This is the shop located next to the wax museum.

Delicious !!!! We loved them. The owners are so nice at both locations. Best place for shaved ices!!!
