Nice ride

Great time on the Champagne Brunch Cruise, food was great.

A very different review, was enjoying the cruise when all of a sudden, bam, something hit the top of my head. I starting bleeding fairly well immediately. I was standing at the railing enjoying the view on the 1st level deck and I later learned somebody on the third deck dropped their cell phone which went into the lake after it hit me. I think the corner of the phone hit me. It was an accident.
The crew responded immediately and captain Ed came to my rescue. He seemed to know first aid well. He stopped the bleeding and put anaceptic on the wound and cleaned me up. I am thankful for his care and expertise
I don't think I will need stitches and at the moment, the wound stings, but I don't think there is any further injury. It is starting to swell.
I do suggest they warn people of this hazard and/or even have some type of deflection like an small awning. If the item had been heavier, it could have been much worse. I now understand why construction workers wear hard hats.

We had a very pleasant experience on the Saint Sacrement Noon Sightseeing Cruise. Two hours was just enough to view the lake scenery and resorts, but I'd love to come back for their full length tour. There are multiple decks for you to choose, and you can wander around throughout the trip. The live narration was informative and fun.

If you have young kids, the Mine Ha-Ha is a shorter one-hour cruise for those with limited attention spans, but probably not long enough if you want a true sightseeing experience.

The boat had an elevator which is nice for those with accessibility needs. The ride was pretty smooth. The restrooms are pretty tight, and we're not large people by any means.

Their a la carte food and beverage prices were extremely reasonable for a tourist attraction, and there were lots of options from hot foods, snacks, and ice cream treats.

Be prepared to pay for parking regardless of whether you use their lot or the metered spaces. Arrive early so you have enough time to find parking! The boat will leave right on the dot.

Booking was easy but they're very strict about the no refund/exchange policy. Luckily that wasn't an issue. They offer a small AAA discount, but you can only receive it by calling to book. All the staff we encountered were friendly. The gift shop across from the dock has a large assortment at standard prices.

Can’t say enough about the entire luncheon cruise on the St. Sacrement! The food, entertainment and the view was amazing! The customer service was second to none as well. I had an issue with my booking and Kim Chapman took care of it for me ASAP. We’ve cruised with the company for several years and can’t wait to do it again!! Thank you for a great time!

Second year going for a ride on the Minnie Ha Ha and it is definitely a must when visiting the area. You get a really beautiful view of the lake that you only get out on water itself and you learn fun things about the area. Staff is friendly and there is a full bar and snack stand which is a major bonus especially with the kids!

I'm kind of wanted to love it but I'm going to say we went on the 1 hour tour on the mini it was very boring I'm sorry to say we went around I was expecting to go further down it was like a kind of a circle The captain was talking but you can barely hear him The sounds of the steamboat were very loud on a good part it wasn't overexpensive it's $25 it was clean and the employees were very pleasant

We bought tickets a month prior to the 4th of July for the 4th of July cruise (or so we thought). When we arrived at the ticket booth on the 4th, I was unable to retrieve my email. So we went to the ticket counter and they printed our tickets. We proceed to the boat where we were told our tickets were for the 3rd. So we went back to the ticket counter again to find out about the confusion for the date. There we were meet with sarcasm and rudeness. We were told that we ABSOLUTELY with out a doubt could not have missed the pop-up with the date. All while this was happening the rest of the staff that was there thought this was funny. And laughed at us while we were belittled, mocked and humiliated in front of the thousands of people who were there for the holiday. I sent an email about our encounter the following day. And my husband called to speak to the manager. We were told that he was not in and he would get back to us... 3 days later I sent a follow-up email, stating that I hope they don't treat all of their complaints this way. I DID get a response here. And we finally heard from the general manager. And he was going to look in to it and get back to us. Here it is 2 weeks later and we have heard nothing.... even after hubby made a follow up call. Just goes to show they had no plan on trying to fix this, or respond to how we were treated. Thanks again for letting us down @Lakegeorgesteamboatcompany You have lost a local customer.
