Moose Tooth grill has a great family atmosphere. The food was good and typical of what you would expect from a restaraunt geared towards tourists downtown. 4 meals, a few mugs of Bear Wizz( locally brewed root beer) and a few pints later and we were out the door for about $100. Overall it was a good experience and we will return the next time we are in Lake George.
I have a family of 8 and we went to the Moose Tooth for an early dinner around 4 on Saturday. They were able to get us in right away and there was still plenty of seating. We ordered our drinks after a wait and then our food. Appetizers came out and drinks were not refilled. We had to ask for refills, dinner came out and the burgers were overcooked and dried out, my 8 year old couldn’t bite in to the chicken tenders they were so over fried. We just had lunch here which we come back every summer and this time we had the worst service. Our waitress was rude, snotty, disrespectful and completely left us dumbfounded all because we told/showed her how dirty and gross the ketchup bottle was - it was caked with black stuff. Now, we weren’t angry - we just wanted them to know so it could be cleaned for the next customer. The people next to us were confused too.
