Service and atmosphere were great but the food was very disappointing. I got the chicken enchiladas and my partner got the beef tacos. The chicken in the enchiladas was cold and the sides of rice and black beans were flavorless. I don't usually write bad reviews but paying $60 for two lunches and the food being that subpar is unacceptable. It was bad enough to ask for a refund. Hopefully you're able to work on the food quality for future guests.

Terrible food, very low quality materials, the tortillas they use for tacos are not for Mexican tacos but for Americans, poor quality cheese, flavorless meats! Horribleeeee

Ordered chicken burrito but got beef instead. Food wasn’t good at all and we didn’t finish the food.

A very bad experience. Where to start? is the question that kept me busy for a long time. We arrived and in spite of being practically empty (except for three customers) nobody noticed our presence. I asked the girl for two beers which were finally brought to the table by the only customer sitting at the bar, after being open for about 6 min. I ordered some steak tacos (very good steak) with an order of guacamole. The guacamole served in a very small plastic container was sour, totally spoiled, which I told the girl and she replied contemptuously: .... ahhh if it was the last one left, to which I replied: but it is expired and she told me: if you want I won't put it on the bill. The beers I ordered, one of them was expired, the girl told me again in a very arrogant way: I didn't realize. In short, a terrible experience, I would never recommend this restaurant and I am not exaggerating. It is really a pity that such a beautiful town has this kind of establishments.

We have been coming to Lake George a long time. We have come to Pablo's before and it was really good and family oriented. We went this past time we came to Lake George. It cost us over $100 total. My sons ordered a fajita bowl. We spent $40 on lettuce, cheese and perhaps an ounce of meat each. Not enough meat to justify the price. I ordered tacos and my other son had quesadillas. The taco meat had no flavoring on it at all. It was like hamburger meat. To top it off, there was an older employee (possible Owner?) that was reprimanding his employees in front of all the patrons. Then, something happened in the back, I believe a small meal caught fire, which yes, is worrisome. But, the profanities that came out of his mouth while there was a restaurant full and people and children, including my ten year old son, were inexcusable. We were very disappointed and will not be returning. We actually felt upset leaving the restaurant. Disclaimer: I have never written a negative restaurant review in my life. In this case I felt compelled to.

We dropped by this last Sunday around 1pm. The food was horrible because the staff did not care about anything (service, food, atmosphere). Do not go here. The just did not care.

I paid so much money for the taco salad which had lettuce chicken and cheese. No taste and a very small bowl. If I checked it there I would definitely returned it. What a ripoff.

The taco bowl had zero spice, not even salt. Chicken quesadilla was fine. Tortillas were too fat and did not stay crispy.

We had ordered tacos expecting hot ones. The taco was cold felt like it was straight out of the fridge. We ordered beef chicken and pork tacos but it was literally just filled with lettuce. Do not recommend

I recently dined at Pablo’s Burrito Cantina and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I never felt compelled to write a review until this happened. The total cost was $87, and what was most offensive was the kids meal. It cost $11 and only provided 2 pieces of a cheese quesadilla.

The prices are just as absurd as the flavorless taste of the food. I was very frustrated spending nearly $100 for weak drinks and basic food. It was like a slop bowl. In fact two other customers did not finish their food and walked off just as pissed as me and my family. Wish we would have tried Paloma instead. And, truthfully, I would like a refund.

Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is despicable. The portions must be for small birds because 2 pieces of a cheese quesadilla- not 4 or 6 - is a rip off.
