Not worth the price. And Matthew needs training on how to conduct himself in a professional manner when customers are in the business. Also the ice-cream cup I ordered looked horrible..

Disappointed with the lack of options and the ice cream was seriously lacking flavor. The shop itself needs an update as well.

Just ate a soft serve waffle cone. I waited all day to treat myself to an ice cream cone in Lake George. It was grainy and watery and I was so disappointed. The waffle cone was chewy as well. ☹️ Place looked great from the outside and even on the inside. But ice cream definitely was a disappointment.

Decided to try some ice cream to save time rather than driving to Martha's. Pretty big mistake. The soft serve chocolate literally had no flavor. It tasted like it was made with water and as cheaply as possible. I regret instantly buying the ice cream. I should have just went to Martha's. Maybe one of the other places one the area would be better. The inside of the place was also hotter than outside. I feel bad for the workers.

I have never been in an ice cream parlor in the summer that is hotter inside than outside. The toppings were melting due to the lack of air conditioning, the place smells like the sewer is backing up, the floors were filthy but there were 4 people working there. What is happening to Lake George? I would be embarrassed if that was my business.

Ice cream is good but service was dreadful. Young girl w no sense of customer service dropped a lot of crumbled Oreos on my son while handing my husband his ice cream cone. She barely said sorry and continued to laugh. Then the young girls continued to make faces of frustration and disdain at each other while my in laws, who are French, decided and tried to express what they wanted. For a downtown area who seemingly relies on tourists, they were all very rude. Maybe they are cranky because the shop has no air conditioning and is unbearably hot. Perhaps the no air conditioning is a marketing strategy to keep patrons from sitting and enjoying their over priced scoops.

Stopped in with visitors and we were all happy. The place was super clean, had a variety of options and we would recommend to others.

We had: vanilla soft serve with peanuts, root beer float and rainbow sherbet on a sugar cone.

Dietary restrictions: Had dairy free frozen yogurt.

Soft serve is very fresh and portions are huge!! The salted caramel with cookie dough is amazing. The cookie dough was very fresh and tasty. Worth the price

The ice cream here is delicious. Milk shakes are thick and creamy. The flavors I got were strawberry, vanilla, black raspberry, and salted caramel! Each flavor had the perfect amount of sweetness. Many toppings too. I got whipped cream and walnuts and even got a free cone! Owner is friendly and chill. And the place has a nice Tuscan rustic vibe.

They really kept the line moving helping ppl quickly. Prices were very fair for being in the village. Staff was friendly and fast to help us and everyone get what we wanted with a smile.

We stopped here twice while during our stay. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean, the ice cream was the best!!
