They seated us ten minutes before closing their doors with 4 kids out late after a day at the water park. The service was fantastic and the food was great. We took home desert and we’re very glad we did. They made four hungry kids and a tired uncle very happy

I’ve been going to the Docksider for years, but somehow I’ve never reviewed them. This restaurant is extremely popular in the summer because they are also accessible by boat and have a really nice outdoor seating area. They’re open year-round with plenty of cozy fireside indoor seating, as well as a bar with seating. The owner and her staff are great, and the food is very good here. Plenty of options including pizza, wings, sandwiches, and dinners. You won’t be disappointed!

The fish was pretty good. I might have been having an off day because I usually love fish. We also got dessert. The place was great. You get a view of the lake of course. Inside there was so much to look at. Decorations were great. Very festive. Service was excellent.

Came in on a whim for lunch and couldn't have been happier. The food (beet salad and dirty martini) were good but the service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Just a lovely experience all around.
This is our first time here our friends have been here before and recommend it. Set on a nice lake setting looking at Glen Lake. Was a few minutes of a wait but went bye quickly. Service was good for that time of the night and the amount of customers to wait staff. Drinks were good with a good assortment of local breweries and distillery liquor to choose from.Food was good for the price that you paid. The deserts were very good. We ordered the calamari and coconut shrimp for appetizers. Sitting on the deck with the heaters and it was plenty warm outside to eat. The inside was at full capacity. Would come back and try it out in the summer time.

We lucked out and went there on one of the few days they were serving German food. We ordered the Wiener schnitzel which was actually jager schnitzel (It had mushroom sauce on it). Whatever it was, it was excellent. It was a thicker cut, not pounded down. On the whole, it was a good experience.
