Walked right to the bar with a great view of the outdoor patio overlooking the lake, because the weather was not fantastic. The service by Michelle was fantastic!

We had a great experience! Both dinner and hanging out at the fire pit rentals after we're the perfect way to spend the evening! Dinner was excellent, from appetizers to entrees to the sumptuous dessert - everything was impeccable and you could not beat the stunning view of the lake. Highly recommend!

We rented the outdoor fire pits for a happy hour family group in January. It was snowing lightly. We dressed in layers and were fortunate the weather was just cold and not windy. The server was super attentive to us, walking through some slippery snow to serve us our drinks. The fire pits overlook the lake, but the snow washed out the view a bit. It was a really “cool” thing to do and we plan on booking the fire pits again next year. I would recommend the fire pits for a happy hour followed by dinner in the hotel.

We visited for Dueling Pianos on NYE, so we expected it to be a high energy environment. The food was good, and the venue was lovely, with a wonderful view of the lake. They did seem a little understaffed, but that might be a consequence of the holiday. We have also stayed at the hotel proper and the staff there is EXCEPTIONAL. Weʻd definitely come back.

This was a very festive and merry way to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The food was good the atmosphere was festive and Mrs. Claus and Santa took their time with the children. The gift they gave the children was very nice too. The cookie decorating added to the fun. Can't wait to do it again next year with my grandchildren.

The view is stunning overlooking Lake George. Santa & Mrs. Clause engaged wonderfully with all the children. The food was very good with lots of options. My husband and I commented that it wasn't packed to the capacity making it nice to roam to the different activities, cookie decorating, hot cocoa bar & coloring lots of space. There was even a backdrop perfect for family pictures. My six year old was very pleased saying 'That's the real Santa'.

I was bit disappointed in the Thanksgiving buffet. Even though there was a good selection and variety of food, most items were rather lacking in flavor, and the meats were rather tough. I would have expected much better quality based on the enormous cost for this event and location. On one positive note: All of the staff we interacted with went above and beyond when it came to helpfulness and friendliness. 5+ stars for the staff.
