Writing this to complain about one of the employees. Ordered food today and the First Lady I will say did a good job getting it right but another employee was extremely rude and didn’t give me the food and it was sitting there for a few good minutes and never called my number.

I only put a two star because I only had one issue which was the service with an old Spanish lady. She had no manners and will straight up cut you off when you’re trying to request something in your order or sighs and rolls her eyes. Like your asking what would I like but yet cut me off and say hold on and then proceeds to rush me to get fries and a drink as if I’m done requesting what I want for my sandwich. She was so rude and you can tell she’s miserable being there. Like if you don’t like working there then leave, stop giving attitudes to customers who are just trying to order and go about their day. The owners should definitely pay attention who they hire and keeps having them get low reviews.

The food is horrible. The Philly cheese steak is not even well done (the provologne as you can see is not even melted and the fries are cold. The green peppers and onions they use are completely raw.

Do yourself a favor and move on from this place and save your $$$. This was on a Saturday 12:24 PM and not even that busy.

We went here and tried Charlie's for the 1st time today, and definitely the last. We ordered 2 Philly cheese steaks to go. We get back to work and both were made with provolone cheese! Completely wrong. Clearly the owners have never been to Philadelphia for a REAL Philly cheeststeak!

THEY ARE THE RUDEST EMPLOYESS I HAVE EVER MET. EVERYTHING IS AN EXTRA FEE YOU ASK THEM A QUESTION THEY GIVE YOU ATTITUDE IF THEY DONT LIKE THEIR JOB THEY SHOULD NOT WORK THERE.

the employees are so mean and they add stuff (like cheese fries) without asking me and they got more money from it and sometimes they dont give the exact amount of change. They are so mean and one time when they got my order wrong even though i said i wanted regular size, they gave me small and when I told them they yelled at me. They dont listen and I dont understand them because they talk to fast. I think it’s better to hire new employees that are kind to customers

If you work at the mall ,they say" what do you want?" instead of saying like what can we make for you today? But that's everyday stuff .... What really inspired me to write today is some of the workers mental hygiene, today I waited on line for 6-7 minutes then when it was my turn they skipped me and took 2 other people before me then it was my turn again then they claimed this lady behind me was before me so after waiting for them to finish all I said was I really don't appreciate how you guys treat me then they proceed to yell at me with their friends that cut me off threatened me to come to my work place and talk to my manager .... Good food but the people that works there is horrible ,Sunny is one of them

I got the original philly cheesesteak and it was amazingggg exactly how i wanted it to be with the perfect sautee onions the melted cheese sauce meat was cooked perfectly tender and soft and the roll perfectly soft. Ive been trying cheesesteaks from everywhere lately and havnt had luck until today with charlies cheesesteaks sandwich. I never post reviews but i felt i had to because i just enjoyed my lunch so much thank you i will be ordering from you guys a lot

This cashier (printed as empyee J) has a very bad accent, I can not understand a word of what he says! So I showed the picture and ordered, yet he gave me something else! Very unprofessional. Please put someone who can talk legible English, at least at the cash counter, please.

Racially profiling. Was not letting me swipe my card because the employee was thinking that it wasn’t my card for some odd reason. I hope people realize that they’re super racist and don’t spend their money there.

I do love the food that this brand provides, but for 6 years I am aware of the problem with the management at this restaurant.. to say they are rude is a major understatement.. I feel sorry for the employees that wind up working here to soon quit after tolerating so much abuse.. The store owners in the mall, common employees in the mall, and common customers have been aware of this for years. sometimes they will jump and shout and sometimes they will play the passive aggressive routine.. as if it is so difficult to just be a decent human being... unfortunately they are carrying with them something and it is not good. it's not healthy for them, not healthy for the business, not healthy for the employees and that healthy for anybody that tolerates it.

Got sick both times I've eaten here, worst stomach ache I've had in a long time. Charlie's is usually good, this location is not.
