As soon as I stepped into those double doors I felt like I was in a vortex of depression. I brushed it off, and happily walked to the counter where I was greeted by the devil himself. You would have thought this man was killing the cows and chickens in the back for fun the way he carried himself around. He was the sorriest excuse for a burrito roller I have ever seen and his craft showed it. He slapped my burrito together with hate, and you could literally hear my precious guacamole splatter onto the burrito like a monkey throwing its waste. I was too intimidated to say anything because he had a tattoo and he was so angry. Anyways he could have rolled my burrito with a sticky note and you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference compared to what he gave me. That burrito couldn’t even hold the happiest couple in the worlds marriage together. Absolute disgrace to burritos around the world. I wanted to cry when I was eating it, I felt like a 5 year old eating baby food. I love eating chipotle but I don’t like wearing it. I would never wish my experience today on anybody!

this is the only chipotle ive been to that charges extra for a side of sour cream for the kids meals. its very annoying and i dont understand why becuase no other locations do this.

I come to this Chipotle for lunch on my work break and I’ve always love how they prepared my orders. Never had any issues. Today, I order a bowl to go, and I normally get sour cream and cheese on side as well, and I was told that it would be an extra cost if it is in my bowl already. This is a first being I love this Chipotle however they just lost my business, not sure if it is only this location, they are trying something new to see how the customers would take it? Not a fan!

I love eating here! They treat me like I'm part of the crew!Vegetarian options: You can eat so many vegetarian animals here. Such as chickens, cows and pigs. They're all on vegetarian diets, which means they're vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Yes, you have dietary restrictions...regardless of if you know about them or not.Parking: It's not a park, but you can jump on the cars like a jungle gym.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' menu, but if they're sick, please leave them at home.Wheelchair accessibility: You could get so many wheelchairs in here. Just have an accessibility party.

I ordered on their app, they use doordaah to deliver the driver tells me 20 minutes after food should be here that they said someone stole the food and refuse to remake it. So the dasher leaves they take so long between chipotle and doorsash to figure anything out that they cancel my order. I go to reorder right after waiting over an hour for food at this time and there is no delivery so I was like OK I will pick it up, no pick up time. I arrived at this place @ 10. They close @ 11 according to their listing but they refuse to serve me anything they offered that ran out. This is poor service at its highest! I don’t I’ve farther for better food next time

So I order food through uber. Uber dies thier job and delivers what given to them by the restaurant. I get order and it is completely wrong. I then drive to restaurant and hand the manager tge food which they toss and remake. No apology no refund of delivery fees saying it's the ubers fault to call them...wrong it's your

Service wasn’t great, chips were stale, there wasn’t a clean table, and the holding container for the knives had a dirty orange liquid at the bottom that would get on the tip of every knife. Pretty disappointing even under fast food standards.
