I was at Dunkin Donuts today this location...the fire alarm went off and the workers did not care we were just walking out saw the fire department coming ... it was business as usual....like they didn't hear the fire alarm go off the worse employees I ever seen shame on them . Pictures tell it all WOW NOT PROPER AT ALL

I love Dunkin Donuts in general but I would avoid this location. It’s broken down and dirty. Also, they have only one server. You wait a long time to get your order. Find a different location and move on.

I live around the corner from this place and EVERYONE here is wonderful. Whether it's just an iced coffee or breakfast to start the day, these guys go above and beyond and it's wonderful. I'm autistic so I have very specific taste and texture preferences and they are always willing to meet me halfway. If I need something fixed, they do it without a fuss, if I want something that requires a little extra work, they make it happen. If you're looking for a good Dunkin this is it!

despicable.. nobody should ever bring a dollar to this place.. whatever sort of owner or manager leaves the store to a young Indian girl.. the only person working there is a kid and she is so rude, she will just pretend to not hear you. meanwhile her relatives sit in the dining area. I am the polite patient one standing there watching customers walk-in and then leave because they can see they're not going to be served anytime soon unless they are Indian. meanwhile the poor kid is left to do everything so I can understand why she is being so rude.. the owner will probably keep the place even if he or she gets $20 profit a month.. so long as there is some profit I guess they don't care. just terrible

Great fast service early in the morning, many locations take too long for a simple cup of coffee, but I always receive quick service at this location opposed to the drive thru in centereach.

Filthy all around; tables, counters, chairs. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Staff were playing on their phones and not really paying attention to their jobs. Donut was stale, and all other donuts looked like they were thrown on the shelves. Would never return to this location.

Lady at counter is d*** or something ain’t put caramel in my coffee burned my hash browns and forgot my donut waste of 14 dollars
