Incredibly rude staff. They rush you to answer and start raising their voice at you if you don't respond right away.

Had a mixed experience. The food was actually quite good, with a variety of dishes that were flavorful and well-prepared.

However, the service was a different story. The owner, who was working at the cash register, was consistently rude and arrogant. He never smiled or showed any enthusiasm, and seemed put off by our presence. His disrespect towards customers was palpable, and made the entire experience feel unwelcome.

It's a shame, really, because the food was a highlight. If the owner could work on providing better customer service, this restaurant might have a real chance to shine. As it stands, I'd recommend the food, but not the atmosphere or service.

Teriyaki chicken was very dry and rice was also dry and hard… very disappointed.

Food is really good I always get food from here but the customer service is really bad the guy at counter is really nasty he give me a attitude he was raising the voice at me so had to do the same to him. Honestly people like that shouldn’t be working as a customer service.

Be careful with this person, it's incredible, he acts rude and arrogant, being a frequent customer, just for asking for a hot sauce. I don't know if he's the owner or manager, it doesn't matter, but you shouldn't treat your customers like that.

Food is pretty good but the man who works there is rude and refuses to give tap water from their fountain. I walked over to Los Amigos Tacos and they gave me bottled water for free. Shows who cares about their customers.

the lady at the register is rude most of the time and always messes up my order recently i ordered lo mein with rice but instead they give me only rice and then go on to charge me $15. only for rice!

I totally don't understand why they overcharge from my credit card $16.61 rather than $16.05 shown on the receipt (tax included) for a teriyaki chicken & shrimp combo?

One of their workers refused to give me a refund and then started screaming at me because I did not like the food. Do not recommend.
