Bizarre Japanese food-if that was what it was supposed to be. There was one person who was hostess, waitress, bartender! She did as good a job as she could and was very pleasant. the place was empty on a Sunday Evening on Father’s Day very Surprised… I was thinking it be busy but it was empty now I know why..
I first ordered the Chicken lo mein when it arrived it had Mushrooms which I am allergic to when I had asked the waiter myself, apologizing not telling them that they should remove it instead of him being respectful and polite. He kind of scolded me and said that I should have mentioned it before I ordered it or asked if it had them my daughter ordered the chicken teriyaki which was 2 breasts with teriyaki sauce on the side. Came with mashed potatoes and what looked like a couple of vegetables I then ordered the same as my daughter It tasted ok but was weird. My family and I were there about a year ago and liked it. Can’t imagine what happened. Never again. Sorry not returning back..
Bizarre Japanese food-if that was what it was supposed to be. There was one person who was hostess, waitress, bartender! She did as good a job as she could and was very pleasant. Luckily the place was empty on a Wednesday night. I ordered the chicken teriyaki which was 2 breasts with teriyaki sauce on the side. Came with mashed potatoes and what looked like a couple of vegetables. It tasted ok but was weird. Wanton soup wontons were awful. Sushi not great. Husband had gen tsos chicken that was undercooked. I was there about a year ago and liked it. Can’t imagine what happened. Never again. Sorry
Always a great experience here! Great service and an excellent menu. My all time favorite dish here is the truffle fried rice. It’s actually incredible!
This was soooo good that I'm come here forever the rest of my life!👍
Good food and vibes
Service wasn't very attentative. Food was a hit or miss. Went here twice to give it a second chance. It was usually empty both times I went. Tried the sushi was on par with most sushi places. Didn't like the wagyu pot stickers it was shredded beef. Wagyu sushi my brother in law had was too salty and the sauce was over powering and not appetizing. Husband's steak was too rare. I guess avoid non Asian cuisine. Chicken fried rice was perfect.
Placed a large order of appetizers all of which were good. Also ordered sushi which was excellent except for the Toro. We ordered both types which were gray and not lush pink like you get in the high end places. I strongly advise against ordering the Toro as they don't seem to care about quality control for their most expensive sushi. Gray/brown Toro is unacceptable.
The food was incredible! Patricia was an amazing server ☺️.
Service was friendly but rushed. Appetizers did not come out at the same time which left one member of our party waiting. Dishes were good except for the General Tso's chicken which was rather bland.
The bottomless brunch was amazing for the price. Food was great! We had one waitress named May who was excellent!

Our lunch visit was great--as expected. The menu choices were many and satisfied all our interests. We tried the bang bang cauliflower and were surprised by the sweetness, but it had a terrific flavor. The 5 spice ribs were fall off the bone and a perfect selection. Our waiter, James, was very well informed about the menu and extremely attentive and caring. We have actually had him at a different visit to this restaurant. He is low key and very pleasant. We will be back again.
Valentine's Day, so it was very busy. We were not seated until 20 minutes after our reservation time. Service from the kitchen was slow. Initial male server at the table was useless, but the head female server was excellent and on the ball to track our food order.
I hate to say it but our experience was very disappointing. I took my wife out for Valentines Day and her Mother in law was with us. The best part of the night is that we were seated right away so we were off to a good start but downhill from there. After placing our order it took 15 minutes to get HALF of our appetizers, which were just okay. After 10 more minutes I asked about the rest of our appetizers, which were 2 simple sushi rolls. They said they were sorry and 5 minutes later said they forgot to make this for us and brought it over, and at least said it was on the house. Then dinner took another 25 minutes as we watched people who arrived after us to have completed their dinner and paying their bill. My wife and mother in law ordered chicken teriyaki dinners and the chicken was a small price that looked like it was cooked from frozen and both were not fully cooked. Ugh. Mine was General Tso's and if was COLD, like not a semblance of heat. All of us wee frustrated and didnt eat dinner. To their credit they apologized again and didnt charge us for those either, but ultimately a very disappointing night for our first time there and will never go back or recommend Mito.
Usually like this place. Have ordered the 4 ways tuna at least 3-4 times and have been fine prior. Tonight…fish looks old, edges are brown 🤢 I took a bite to be sure and definitely tasted off. Don’t want food poisoning. Super disappointed and also disgusted. See photo below.
All my guests had a great time. Food was delicious and service on point! Great experience celebrating my brothers birthday.
