Service was good. Food was just ok. My chicken was a little rubbery. The table was terrible. A huge pedestal underneath prevents you from putting your feet under the table. We had to straddle this ridiculous pedestal. Lighting- well let's just say no ambiance. Some areas were dark and some had horrible fluorescent spot lights. Don't see how this place will last. Too many negatives in my opinion.

The food here is always top-notch, and it's always a nice treat to come. Delicious and such nice presentation! The server was kind and courteous, even if he was a bit slow to come around. He did NOT tell us that the filet mignon was an upcharge in the pre-fix menu, though. Perhaps if we had an actual pre-fix menu in front of us like we did last time, we might have known the actual pre-fix options, instead of him telling us "anything on this side of the menu". We didn't complain, but i do suggest asking for all the details if you want the pre-fix! Regardless of that, i still 100% highly recommend this restaurant, you have to try it!

I just left Miso 2 hours ago. 8/26/25. I went in for the lunch special. Prix fix for 25 dollars. I ordered the Miso soup. I thought it was a bit fishy so I sent it back. I believe then I was bullied. Because I sent soup back the 2 ribs came at same time as my replacement soup. Meaning the ribs were cold because of my wonton choice. It only got worse from there. I receive my steak rid bit entree and it was so well done it was inedible. I cut the pieces in front of the waitress and she agreed. She said try the Chicken and I said I don’t want my food spit in. I was told no way we have a Chinese chef and they don’t do that. I then waited 23 minutes for chicken and it was like a bouncing ball. So awful. What made it worse is when I went to bathroom I saw 2 tables with pink and red steak. Please be careful sending anything back. maybe because it was a Tuesday lunch they had the rookie chefs. But I warn everyone to be cautious. Don’t send your food back or beware.

The guy at the desk stated that they never received my order due to their system being down. I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to get my order ready. When I started to eat my food I noticed that the food had no flavor. I will not visit this restaurant again.

The restaurant was recently updated and the staff are very professional. They specialize in classic east asian cuisine and their kitchen staff knock it out of the park each time I visit. Prices do reflect the quality however so expect around $120 for dinner for 2 with a bottle of wine between you but its worth it I promise.
